To celebrate the launch of Omega’s Dark Side of the Moon Speedmaster timepiece, guests were treated to a night in space at Stage 7, Fox Studios in Sydney.

Famously worn by Buzz Aldrin in the 1969 moon landing, the unique history of the Speedmaster timepiece inspired the evening which took guests on a luxurious sensory journey.
Stage 7 was divided into three unique experiences. Guests entered through the pre-party space which held an installation of Omega Speedmaster museum pieces dating back to 1960 encased in glass planet orbs.
From here, dinner was served in the second scene, separated by a 9m x 50m grand wall of projected space imagery that lit up the space like scene.

The 30m dinner table was decorated with metallic space inspired ‘junk’, mountains of sand, glitter and candles in silver, black and white.

The after-party allowed guests to view the new Omega Dark Side of the Moon Speedmaster timepiece while demolishing the magical rock candy expanse of moon rubble and inspired dessert delicacies.
