VIKTOR & ROLF NGV exhibition launch 2016

Over two nights at the National Gallery of Victoria, distinct dining experiences celebrated the Viktor & Rolf ‘Fashion Artists’ Exhibition opening and the world’s most iconic fashion duo.

We styled two dinners – one black, one white. Both settings created a new benchmark for modern romance. The George Ballroom was decorated in a dark theme. Black settings on bare tables, with pink and black roses and giant ruffled napkins. Waiters placed the oversized napkins on each diner, creating a ‘skirt-like’ silhouette. For the second dinner, the NGV Federation Court was bathed in white light. Paying homage to the avant-garde luxury fashion house was an all-time favourite project for our team.
