The Omega Bond event was designed to create an unforgettable evening for VIP’s, celebrities, media and bloggers. Guests were immersed in moments, music and a dining experience inspired from the James Bond Spectre movie.

Held at the Dendy Cinema in Sydney, with a spectacular harbour vantage point. The evening commenced with glamorous black carpet arrivals, guests were treated to a private viewing of the Bond movie – Spectre, complete with popcorn and raspberry bullets.

Guests were whisked away in awaiting luxury transport a short distance to Rockpool 1989. Arriving at the dark lustrous room, a mix of old grandeur and modern detail evoking the strength and masculinity of the Spectre cinematic qualities. The sense of drama was heightened from the moment guests arrived through a live orchestral composition by Nick Wales appropriately named ‘Cinematic Suspense’.

The colour palette for the styling was inspired by the films pre released stills and is perfectly aligned to the handsome tones of the Omega Spectre Watch Seamaster 300 Limited Edition timepiece. The striped Nato band encompasses black and grey while the watch face has touches of tobacco. The moody dark floral hues in silver vessels were created by floral master Doctor Cooper.

After dinner, guests were invited to wander to the upstairs mezzanine where oversize ‘Bond novels’ were placed under pinspot lighting around the balcony. Guests read the name of the movie on the outside of the book in gold lettering on oversized black buckram covered cases. As each novel is opened a watch was revealed from the movie title on the book.
